As the dust settles, we thought we’d take a quick look back to last weekend’s immense indoor championship finals in Germany and England. First up, let’s recap on the drama of the Final4 in Frankfurt.
Bundesliga Final4
These games were nothing short of spectacular. We had pyrotechnics, skillful players, and unrivalled passion from the fans - the type of games and atmosphere that keeps you on the edge of your seats. We witnessed Mannheimer HC, led by our Grays ambassador Fiona Felber, retain their title after defeating the spirited Berliner Hockey-Club 3-2. Then HTHC pulled off a ridiculous comeback from 8-5 down with minutes left on the clock; lifting the title after a thrilling shootout against Crefelder HC.
Shoutout to our young Grays' ballers who shone under the pressure!
Super6s
The greatly anticipated finals at the Derby Arena gave us fans everything and more. The high-scoring battles had you all dreaming of glory. Amongst the energy and drama, we witnessed East Grinstead women’s retain their title with an emphatic 6-3 victory over Surbiton.

Wimbledon battled hard in the final quarter bringing the scores back to 7-4, but the winners mentality of the OG’s proved too strong as they yet again lifted the title.
A weekend of BACK TO BACK CHAMPIONS.
